Termite & Timber Pest Inspection

Annual Termite Inspection

1-2 hours

Australian Standards AS 3660. 2000 recommend that a professional termite inspection be undertaken at least every 12 months and more frequent in wet weather.

After a thorough visual inspection has been completed a comprehensive written report is supplied that outlines problems and conditions associated with timber pests. The detailed report uses images taken on site to assist in describing problems and offers advice on how to minimize the chances of timber pest attack.

Pre Purchase Timber Pest Inspection

1-2 hours

If you a buying a new home a pre-purchase timber pest inspection is essential. A pre-purchase Inspection covers timber pests including subterranean termites, borers and decay. The inspection complies with the Australian Standards 4393.3.

termites@cooloola does not do combined reports building and pest reports, we can however arrange for a qualified local building inspector, Bob Huckle, to attend to the building report at the same time. Please give us a call if you would like both to be arranged at the same time.

End of Lease Flea Treatment

Moving out of a rental property?

You may be required to arrange to have either a general end of lease pest control treatment or if you have had pets such as a dog or cat an end of lease flea treatment,Reference to an end of lease pest control program should be listed in the special terms of your Tenancy Agreement.

It is best if you book in your end of lease flea treatment or pest control after carpets have been cleaned.

For flea treatment we treat carpets, skirtings and any other pet living area with product approved for the treatment of Fleas as per label instructions.

For End of Lease Treatments a specific receipt will be supplied to ensure you meet your requirements under you lease agreement.
